1. We comply with the requirements of 49 CFR part 199 and 49 CFR part 40, and provide evidence of this compliance to National Compliance Management Service, Inc. (NCMS).
2. NCMS has reviewed our drug and alcohol plan and also reviews our quarterly test results, our semi-annual list of covered employees and our annual statistical summary.
3. We have conducted reasonable suspicion training for both first and second line supervisors.
4. We currently have approximately 60 employees participating in the program, and conduct quarterly continuing vigilance training.
5. Additionally, we have implemented an operator Qualification Plan as required by CFR 49 part 192, subpart N.
