Joe Bland Construction, L.P. actively bids and procures work in the public and private sectors, serving the State of Texas, the City of Austin and surrounding counties. In the past, we have taken raw land and given it back to the developer ready to go. We specialize in excavation, paving, concrete, and wet or dry utilities.
Established in May, 1996, the partnership recently logged over 480 jobs and has completed over a half a billion dollars worth of projects. We currently have 320 employees and close to 300 pieces of equipment. We expect to complete over $55 million in work this year and currently have over $25 million worth of backlog.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals in the fields of estimating, excavation and utilities who are committed to delivering projects that meet or exceed all applicable specifications, on time and on budget.
Normally, companies specialize in excavation, paving, concrete, wet or dry utilities, but we provide all of these services. We have found we can be competitive with the specialists, find economies by eliminating duplication, and give engineers and owners just one person to talk to. In addition to private construction, we believe our continued success lies in further expansion into public construction and are currently actively bidding and procuring work from the State of Texas, the City of Austin and surrounding counties within a 100 mile radius of Austin.
